Who we are

What we collect

Contact and order details: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, items ordered.
Payment details: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Messages you send us.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, collected through cookies (see below).

Why we use it (and our legal basis)

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims (performance of a contract).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (legitimate interests).
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in, and to measure our advertising (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the shop: Shopify (website hosting and checkout), payment providers, delivery carriers, email and analytics providers (such as Google), under contracts that protect your data. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: 6 years (tax law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Other data: no longer than necessary.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the shop (basket, checkout, security). With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@eyesfield.com. We reply within one month.
