Frequently asked questions

Which model do I need?

All three measure from −20 °C. The ONE and PRO are enough for electrical checks and spot leak detection. The ULTRA (256 × 192 with a visual camera) is best for large areas such as walls, roofs and floors, and for client reports.

Do I need a smartphone?

No. Each camera is a standalone handheld unit with a built-in 2.8″ screen, rechargeable battery and 8 GB memory card.

How accurate are the readings?

± 2 °C on all three models. Set the emissivity to match the surface you are measuring for reliable readings.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Delivery is free and tracked across the UK by Evri, shipped from our UK warehouse. Allow 3–5 working days. No customs or import charges to pay.

How do I return a product?
